If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method — no return required, no questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
  • Proof of purchase in the form of your order number or order confirmation email is required.
  • The guarantee applies to the RLT Nasal Device and Magnetic Breathing Band only.
  • Tape refill packs are excluded from this guarantee for hygiene reasons. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before purchasing.
  • The guarantee applies to one purchase per customer.
  • Refund requests submitted after the 30 day window will not be eligible.

How To Claim

  1. Email our support team at hello@kalvir.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm eligibility.
  3. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  4. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Please Note

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed in the original currency of purchase.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Kalvir reserves the right to refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.

One Year Limited Warranty

Every Kalvir device is designed and manufactured to the highest standard. We back that commitment with a full 12 month limited warranty from the date of original purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Electrical faults or component failure under normal operating conditions.
  • Mechanical failure not caused by external damage or misuse.
  • Any defect that affects the intended function of the device under normal use conditions.

What Is Not Covered

  • Physical damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
  • Water damage or damage caused by exposure to liquids beyond normal use.
  • Damage caused by use of non-approved accessories or third-party components.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorised modification, repair, or tampering with the device.
  • Normal wear and tear including scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
  • Damage caused by operating the device outside recommended usage guidelines.
  • Loss or theft of the device.
  • Consumable components including tape refill packs.
  • Devices purchased from unauthorised resellers.

How To Make A Warranty Claim

  1. Contact our support team at hello@kalvir.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and where possible, photos or video demonstrating the fault.
  2. Our team will assess your claim within 2–3 business days and advise on next steps.
  3. Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, Kalvir may at its sole discretion repair the device, replace it with the same or equivalent model, or issue store credit equal to the original purchase price.
  4. If a return is required, Kalvir will cover return shipping costs within Australia.
  5. Replacement devices are covered under the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from replacement, whichever is longer.

Limitations

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
  • This warranty does not cover consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the device.
  • Kalvir’s liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the device.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our 30 day money back guarantee and 12 month limited warranty are provided in addition to, and do not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
